The Shawna Kilbert Project has been a work in progress even before we lost Shawna to Cervical Cancer. Throughout her battle against the disease, friends, family, and loved ones pulled together to bring attention and awareness to something that too commonly claims the ones we love.

All the hard work and dedication to the memory of this spectacular woman has culminated into a fantastic opportunity to bring awareness in a span much wider than the local community. The Live! With Regis and Kelly show aired Shawna's story on Friday, May 8th, 2009 and surprised her family with great things!
